Can u install any os in usb (flash driver or pen drive )

hi frnd answer my ques if u know ....or at list publish it 2 other  who can try this .......

    yaap..
    copy the os..in the pendrive..
    go to bios satting and mount installation drive as pendrive
    and boot the computer with the help of pendrive
    and install the os

    hey my frnd read d ques properly 1st then answer it
    Here , i ask that u have 2 install xp in pen drive not in hard via pen drive
    think that if u have no hard disk but all thing of pc so at that time how can u work on pc
